About Consulting

There is a lot of scepsis for Consulting amongst customers. Ask the average person within the customer environment about their thoughts on Consulting and they will tell you the story about people being hired for high rates to write exhaustive reports on "who knows what" . These reports will finally disapear under a thick layer of dust somewhere in a drawer. You probably know the story.

If this is true or not is not of importance. Fact is, this is the general opinion of our average customer.

So how can we change, or at least influence this? The answer is to shift from task based consulting to value based consulting. Over 10 years of experience with value based consulting gave us the opportunity to implement useful solutions for our clients, without writing exhaustive reports.
