ConsultingMethodology is a subsidiary of Conversio Training & Consulting.
Conversio has been founded 2001 in the Netherlands. We offer professional training and consulting services worldwide. Founder and owner is Jaap C. Nieuwenhuijzen.
History:
End of 2001 Conversio started as a small local IT Service Management training & consulting firm.
By 2005 up to 8 consultants and trainers worked for Conversio and we started to serve the global market with IT Service Management training. A subsidiary the ITIL Trainers Association was founded to deal with this specific international demand.
End of 2008 Conversio shifts its expertise to general consulting and interim management solutions, focusing on Management of Change and HR capabilities. The ITIL Trainers Association at that time has been sold to the other owner. Now most of our customers are Dutch based multinationals, but we also serve a couple of customers in Europe. With ConsultingMethodology.com we aim to serve a global market.
From the beginning of our existence we executed our consulting engagements with a structured approach based on the Issue Bases Consulting methodology. The year 2008 we developed an specific training program based on years of experience with training and consulting adapting this methodology.
